For a refund, your return must be in original condition, unwarn, unwashed and unaltered.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.

For any proven faulty item SYLPH will refund/credit you for the item.  

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. SYLPH is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

We are happy to offer free shipping for any order over $250.

Shipping is sent by Australia post Express post bags.

Express post within Australia takes between 1 to 5 working after dispatch depends on your location within Australia.

SYLPH endeavours to process your order as soon as possible. Handling takes 1-3 days.

Regular international packages are varied according to where it is sent to.
